Mirror from the "Skyliner" serieds manufactured by Heywood Wakefield in the late 1930s to the early 1940s. Has a nice design sensibility that lies between art deco and modernism. Hand-built from solid Northern Yellow Birch, mirror replaced and wood recently refinished with a no VOC hard oil finish. Still shows some minor patina. Overall looking sharp.
