The following information from Tenon Design: "Formed in 1985 by Dimitri Michaelides, Sam Stang and David Levi, IBEX Glass Studio was heavily influenced by contemporary European design, mid-century Venetian glass, and early American studio glass pioneers. Ibex designs are right in line with work by late 1980s/early 1990s post-modern designers, like Sottsass and his Memphis contemporaries."
